Revanasidd,

This question would probably be better suited for the QuickTime-API list.

I have used the SetMovieVisualBrightness() function without any issues, so I
know that it works.  You might have better luck asking the question on the
QuickTime API list and providing a specific code snippet to illustrate the
problem.
