Importing DBF Files

  • Subject: Importing DBF Files

I've seen a few similar questions on google and the lists, but most seemed to be asking about Excel and other apps...
</flame-disclaimer>

Has anyone had any experience of reading dBase .DBF files in a Cocoa application? It's import-only that I need,
so I could roll my own importer, if I really had to, I've built DBF readers from scratch before in
Delphi, using the TFileStream components...

Is there a quick and simple way to do this that anyone has successfully used, or shall I start looking at how
to open a file and get at it's contents? Is NSData suitable for this?

Thanks for any time spent,

 - Drarok
