Combo Box in Table Question

  • Thread-topic: Combo Box in Table Question

I have a table where I use a combo box in one column and I bind the combo
box contents to a list of selections. I bind the combo box value to an
NSString. In addition to selecting the value from the combo box drop down
list I also want the user to be able to type in a string which is not in the
list. I have done this previously but 3 instances I created yesterday only
allow selection from the list, they will not allow editing. I have
carefully looked at the inspectors for both the editable and non editable
cases but I cannot see a difference. Can someone give me a hint?

Thanks.
