I have try google, but I can´t found anything.
I don't know of any automated tools. Especially in the case of
procedural C code, there's likely to be quite a lot of refactoring
that would be needed, that would be difficult to automate.
I have some consulting time free though, if you're looking to hire a
programmer to do the job. :-)
