[ANN] ChatKit v0.5 Released

Hi everyone,

We have proudly released version 0.5 of ChatKit today, and it's available from our site under BSD license.

To those of you who don't know, ChatKit is a framework for connecting to various IM networks. Version 0.5 only supports Bonjour, but the next version will add support for IRC and perhaps some other networks.

ChatKit abstracts all the protocol specifics for you, and creates a unified API for all protocols. All code based on ChatKit will be able to support any other network we'll add without any modifications at all. ChatKit is also fully bindings compatible (as of v0.5).
Just to give you a general idea about ChatKit, we implemented a fully working IM client in about 250 lines of actual code.

If you gave ChatKit Tech Preview a shot, you sure must try v0.5 as well. It is much more polished, and lots of bugs have been fixed.

Enjoy :)
