HTTP PUT with NTLM authentication

I'm trying to do this using NSURLConnection, but authentication fails. It seems that NSURLProtectionSpace, used by NSURLAuthenticationChallenge, does not support NTLM authentication.

Is there a way to do this in Cocoa or I have to use CFNetwork or libcurl? libcurl is not hard, but I prefer to avoid working at this level if I can.

What about intel support? can I count on libcurl to work on intel machines?
