error: 'CocoaDevGroup' undeclared (first use in this function)

I'm glad to see that someone else is seeing the humor in this that I have come to see. I got a good laugh from the "error" message.

Glad you took it as the light-hearted humor it was meant to be. Some people just have no sense of humor. :-)

The problem that I'm still grappling with is trying to get a list of names and/or companies that match the input into (at this point) a text field. The Address Book framework will allow you to search on first name or last name. Not a problem until I try to enter a name such as "Betty Jo Bealoski" or "Ferdinan Del Marco." I THOUGHT I had this solved yesterday -- I was even jumping up and down in my seat (not easy to do). Then I tried entering a 2-word first name and a 2-word last name and realized I hadn't solved it yet.

So ... what did you try? How did it fail? Few people can offer suggestions without that information. As a general statement, it seems your problem is more with AddressBook.framework than with NSTokenField. Does that seem right?

I probably just need to step back and take a different approach. Fortunately it has become kind of funny to me and that's much better than getting upset by it. :-)

Possibly. Then again, we don't yet know what you've tried.
