is it possible to recover source from .o or .ob files?

  • Subject: is it possible to recover source from .o or .ob files?

I lost three files today and am hoping to get them back then have to
rewrite them. They were the .m files as opposed to the headers. I have
the .o and .ob files for them and am hopping that there is a way that
I can use these files to recover the data. Is it possible?

Thanks, Alan
