Do not add a Format menu to a nib in order to get access to hooking
up stuff to Font Manager, and then remove the menu.
If you do the nib will be screwed over royally if ever closed.
Symptoms include crashes in the auto release pool, and attempts to
insert nil when loading the faulty nib again.
Shouldn't happen. Report that to Apple. http://bugreport.apple.com
