Capture key w/ full screen OpenGL

Hey guys;

I have a quick question. My app goes fullscreen with OpenGL and loads
up a Quartz renderer. All that works fine, but I can't (lol) figure
out how to make the app respond to a mouse click. I just want it to
detect a mouse click. There are no windows or any other controls on
the screen.  Any hints?

Thank you
Bobby B
