I've further investigated this issue and came up with strange

Our application is combination of flash and Cocoa. Using webkit we're
playing the swf file.
As soon as I click on the menu of my application it seems to stops
execution.
Can someone please give me someidea about the above behaviour? Is
this the
correct behaviour of Cocoa application? Or Flash application is
responsible
for it.
You're not alone, because as you may have already noticed, Flash
content behaves this way in Safari, Camino, and Firefox when control-
clicking or activating a menu item. While it's difficult to say for
sure, I'd place blame on the Flash player itself. IMO Macromedia/
Adobe have always treated Mac OS X like a second-class citizen,
despite the fact that our platform is plentiful with creative
professionals who use/spend money on their software.
Either way, it degrades the user-experience and hopefully it can be
addressed/fixed eventually.
Good luck!
