How to add menu to menu bar

Hi All,
I was experimenting with my application and I deleted the main menu from nib
file. I'm not finding a way to add it again. From panel I can only add the
menu which comes on the icon of application in dock bar.
I'm suprised that I'm not finding anything on it ..
