[ANN] UKXattrMetadataStore and UKDockProgressIndicator

Here's the second of my announcements tonight. I've added two new classes to my web site:

- UKXattrMetadataStore is a wrapper around Tiger's xattr API and lets you attach metadata to a file from the safety of Cocoa. It lets you mess with the raw data, UTF8 strings, and even serialises property lists into a file attribute if you want to.

- UKDockProgressIndicator is a small helper class that shows a progress bar overlaid over your dock icon. Use it just like any NSProgressIndicator, and you can even have it call through to an existing NSProgressIndicator view so both are updated simultaneously.
