Using Authorization Services is safer than setuid root. What if you
want to make it so that non-privileged users cannot perform things
that normally require root privileges? Then you must use
Authorization Services to perform the task, since it locks out non-
privileged users. And there are plenty of reasons for wanting to lock
out non-privileged users from doing certain things, e.g. installing
software or running a packet sniffer.
But this is going OT, so we'd better stop now...
