Hi!
What is the simplest way to send a simple mail from an cocoa application?
I tried NSMailDelivery, witch works fine in OSX 10.4, but I can't get it to work under 10.3. Anyone managed to do that?
I've also tried Pantomime witch seems to work, but it has many drawbacks for me (big framework, complicated, doesn't support intel I think)
My best solution is to get NSMailDelivery to work under 10.3 because this framework suits me perfect. The problem is that hasDeliveryClassBeenConfigured always returns no on my 10.3 mac. I have to mention that all my computers run Entourage, but this isn't a problem in 10.4 if I set up Mail.app correct.
I have read a lot of post on the internet that says that NSMailDelivery is an unstable framework, but perhaps there are workarounds. I'm grateful for any tips regarding NSMailDelivery or an better framework.
