This is off-topic for this mailing list. You might want to try the
student-dev mailing list instead, where this very issue was discussed
recently.

No ADC memberships include membership to the ADC Bookshelf, however
Select and Premier members get a $2/mo discount. Note that ADC
Bookshelf is just a rebranded O'Reilly Safari Bookshelf, see
<http://safari.oreilly.com/> for a wider variety of pricing levels.

ADC Student memberships do not come with access to pre-release
software, do not include any technical support incidents, and do not
allow you to use the ADC Compatibility Labs.
