I have been using categories quite a bit in my app to add Cocoa's basic functionality, and I have to say, there are an amazing part of Cocoa and ObjC. However, I've got a quick question on how they work:

Basically, will subclasses inherit a category?

Say, I add a category to NSView. Does this mean I can call this category from any NSControl?
