Hi,

in a second attempt to find the source of the problem, I did succeed. In my case the accellerated objective-c dispatch build setting was enabled in one of the sub-projects .. and this is a feature available only in 10.4.

I thought it would be a good idea to share the knowledge I have accumulated on this topic .. and here you go:
