Actually, I know a way doing this in MS Windows, but it is too complicate,
and MS Windows provide a API to do this. We can move and shrink the window
slightly one at a time, and repeat this action until the window is in the
right place and right size. But in MAC os, it seems really difficult,
because the window is not shrinked but distortion. I don't konw whether
cocoa have provide a method to distort a window, if so, may be it is
possible to do it myself.

No.

Probably since Office X is doing it. But you need to code the whole
thing by yourself as I don't remember seeing some sample code showing
how to do this. But perhaps, there is an open source project doing this
somewhere...
