Hello Everyone,
It's a new month, and that means it's time for the next CocoaHeads,
an international Mac programming group. Most chapters meet the
second tuesday and thursday of the month, which for May means the 9th
and 11th. We have a couple of outliers as well (see below).
Our Monday chapter is
* London, England, meeting at Lord Moon of the Mall, in Whitehall,
May 8th 7:30
Our Saturday chapter is
* Saint Louis, MO (new date - last saturday of the month), so May 27th.
Our Tuesday (May 9th) chapters include
* Chicago / CAWUG - 6:00 pm at the Michigan Ave. Apple store
* Cleveland, OH - 7:00 pm at Arabica on Juniper Road. This month
will be an introduction to Bonjour (a.k.a. zero-configuration
networking, the technology formerly known as Rendezvous)
* Lake Forest, CA - 7:00 om at Deidrich's Coffee. This month we'll
be discussing profiling with Shark, and the new System Trace view.
Jet Brains has donated a license for their Java IDE, IDEA, as a door
prize.
Our Thursday (May 11th) chapters include
* Boston, MA - 7:00 pm at the MIT building E51, Room 149
* Colorado Springs, CO - 7:00 pm at Panera Bread, with the usual
roundtable discussion of OS X development and small-business issues.
* Pittsburgh, PA - 7:00 pm at Benedum Hall, room 272, on the Pitt
Campus. Evan DiBiase and Zach Paine will talk about sync services.
* Silicon Valley, CA - 7:00 pm at the Hong Kong Conference Room,
building 1, Apple Campus
And next month, Toronto joins us again on July 11th.
Hope to see everyone there,
++md
