Well, probably not the UI, but it definitely can be an 'upgrade' for
some internals to use Carbon.
E.g. to get rid of path / URL based filesystem tracking, use UTIs or
at least more than file extensions for file typing, and sometimes
just to get some real diagnostics WHY some API calls failed.
