I have uploaded a modified version of the Cocoa Document Based
Application Template,
to <http://www.tommynordgren.com/demos/binaries/Better-Cocoa-Document-

The modifications are as follows:
Document source files and nib named after the project.
Application and help menus pre-configured with Application name
