exceptions, debug and deployment

Hello,

I searched the archive and web but didn't find an answer. I did some exception handling with @try and @catch and it works as expected when run from within XCODE but when started outside by doubleclick or terminal it fails to catch the exception and crash. I tried with and without the -fobj-exceptions compiler directive.
So what I am obviously missing here?

Cheers,

Malte Steiner
