Modifying the dragged image during a drag / drop operation

Hello,

Is there any way that you can change the dragged image during a drag / drop operation? I would like to change the image as the user enters / exits the window that is receiving the drag operation.

I know you can get information about the image during the drag operation, but haven't found any way to modify that image. Not sure it can be done, but thought I'd ask.

Thanks in advance.

Pat
