Weak-linking curl

Hi, we are using curl in our Application.

Till now we required 10.4 and targeted that... the 10.4 curl static library was linked just fine. But now we want to cross-develop and support 10.3.9 as well... we know about weak-link and am confident about the apple frameworks, but what about curl....
