Table column width not integer, fuzzy headers

  • Subject: Table column width not integer, fuzzy headers

I've come across a situation where the widths of two columns in a table view no longer have integral values. Added together, the value is a whole number, so the columns fit perfectly inside the table. But the non-integral widths result in a blurry boundary between the table's headers.

The situation comes straight out of the NIB file and is even evident when building the table in the NIB. It doesn't go away when the application is running and I resize the columns.

Is there a way to guarantee integral column widths short of flooring all the values at awakeFromNib or whenever a column is resized or re- positioned?

-Phil
