NSSlider unusual behavior

  • Subject: NSSlider unusual behavior

Hi,

Is it a well-known fact that linear NSSlider's continue to send their action after the slider has reached the end of the scale and the mouse is still down? (The number for the slider position is correct, of course, so it saturates to a constant at either end of the scale). Is that a bug, or is it acceptable behavior? If this is the correct behavior, what's the reason for it? Thanks,
