Are there any valid links to both, NeXTStep 3.3 and OPENStep 4.2?

Neither NEXTSTEP 3.3 nor OPENSTEP 4.2 are available for download. This applies to both the User and Developer packages. You will need to obtain licensed copies of each from a reseller that still has them in stock.

The URLs that you have been pointed to are for boot floppy disk images, driver floppy disk images, and the NEXTSTEP and OPENSTEP Y2K update patches only. They are not for complete operating system or developer tools distributions.
