CIPageCurlTransition Problems

  • Subject: CIPageCurlTransition Problems

Hi All --

I am having a weird problem when setting up for a page curl transition in a subclass of NSImageView. I first generate two color fields and crop them, then I use those as inputs to the page curl transition. What I see at time t0 is three bands of color red for about a third, then the blue, then another band of red again.

I can't figure out what is causing the banding. If I make crop the red color to less than 100.0 pixels it no longer bands, it becomes solid. I have posted the drawRect code up at my Website (it's just a bit too big for the mailing list) http://www.nomoreboxes.com/code/ MyView.m. If anyone has any pointers or thoughts about what the problem might be I'd be grateful for the input.

Thanks very much.
