How can I suppress the "Device Removal" popup that occurs when someone forcibly physically removes a USB based device without un- mounting it first?

I've looked at the NSWorkspace methods but the notifications for the mount actions are not sent when the device is just pulled. Also none of the SetSystemUIMode's disable this.

I doubt there's an easy way to do it. The warning is there for a reason. Why would you want to disable it?
