NSChineseCalendar isn't implemented. In fact, it's not even implemented in C++ ICU (which NSCalendar uses to do all of its calculations). I tried porting the ChineseCalendar class from Java ICU to C++ ICU, but it never worked correctly, so I doubt NSChineseCalendar will work in the future...
