PostgreSQL Support in Cocoa:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pgsqlformac
ODBC Support in Cocoa: (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix,
OpenBase, FrontBase, etc)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/odbckit
I'm lead dev on both, though the ODBCKit is the higher priority for
me as it's a more flexible toolkit for the purpose.

I guess if I want support for PostgreSQL, I'll have to make my own
C to
Obj-C API. Fortunatly for me, I found out that Sybase is completly
supporting Mac OS X!

You should take a look at http://cocoamysql.sourceforge.net/
(specifically the open source framework they use for connecting their
Cocoa app to a MySQL db).
