10.3.9 sdk

Hi folks, sorry if it was answered already, but I can't find it in archives. I made a relativelly simple command line tool on my MacBook Pro (10.4) and when compiling against 10.4 everything is well. When I change SDK root do 10.3.9, I get a lot of errors like:

/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.3.9.sdk/usr/include/stdbool.h:8:2: error: #error "This header only supports __MWERKS__."

I'm using XCode 2.4

What am I doing wrong?
