Sometimes SFCertificateView shows that a certificate is expired

See http://www.thoughtstuff.com/rme/expired.png for an example of
this.
Much to my dismay, this happens only occasionally. Would anyone
have any suggestions on how to track this down? Perhaps I should
be asking on some other list?
Is the system clock set correctly?
A reasonable suggestion, but the clock is correct.
Usually, the expiration state is shown correctly. When it is
displayed incorrectly, it will typically be displayed correctly after
quitting and restarting the application.
The certificate being displayed in the view is typically not part of
any keychain (it's read via LDAP from a directory), but I don't know
if that's of any significance.
