Is there a Cocoa api for adding a new internet protocol to the set recognized by the system and an associated handler app? I can see this is possible (e.g. MonkeyFood's cool Vince.app and More Internet preferences pane) but everything I've seen uses the carbon InternetConfig.h functions. Is there a Cocoa version of this functionality? Am I missing something obvious?
