You're looking in the wrong place. :-) This has exactly nothing to
do with Core Data itself. What you're after has more to do with Cocoa
Bindings. The two are not the same.
Study Cocoa Bindings FIRST:

CocoaBindings/
Then check out the Graphics Bindings example here:
http://homepage.mac.com/mmalc/CocoaExamples/controllers.html
Then study Core Data LAST:
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/CoreData/
Once you've got a firm grasp, put it all together in your own app.
