You're going to have to be more specific here. What do you mean by "filled only to its size"? Do you mean the rows should fill the table down past the bottom of the enclosing scroll view and the scroll view isn't reflecting this?

 What happens if you create another table view somewhere else and
wire it up as if it's your artistTable? This would let you know
whether or not there's something wrong with the existing table and /
or its enclosing scroll view and keep you from having to delete and
re-create the original in case it's not broken. It may be a pain but
I'll bet it'd be less work than you've put into trying to figure out
what's wrong.
