Drag with NSTableview

I have a NSTableView with NSImageCells in it and need to implement the dragging out feature, but cannot understand how: I read "Using drag and drop in Tables" in Cocoa reference but couldn't quite understand it (!).

Do yuou have any idea for further documentation or (still better) some sample code?
