[MODERATOR] - Please do not post "offtopic" threads

  • Subject: [MODERATOR] - Please do not post "offtopic" threads
  • From: Scott Anguish <email@hidden>
  • Date: Sun, 5 Aug 2007 22:50:02 -0400

In the last several days there have been a spat of "offtopic" threads. The poster(s) knew this when posted, as it said off-topic right in the subject.

Please have the courtesy to restrict discussion to the topic of developing using the Cocoa frameworks. If you see a message that is off topic, please reply to it off-list or contact the moderator's address, and a warning will be sent.

You'll notice that discussions are not being cut off suddenly at this point. This 'kinder, gentler' moderation style is being tried on purpose. However please do not abuse this leniency by purposefully posting off-topic messages (no matter how interesting they might be)

Thanks

Scott
