Have you bound 'managedObjectContext'?
Are there any error messages logged?

I managed to fix this. It appears that I had the NSTableView "content" binding bound to my Display entity, in addition to "value" bindings within the individual NSTableColumn instances inside the NSTableView.


As soon as I removed this "content" binding, the NSTableView correctly displays no entities when I deselect the relationship- entity row.
