Formatters and currency

  • Subject: Formatters and currency

Hello,

I have a nib file which contains some number fields that contain
formatters for currency values.
I selected them to be Localized (via the properties window) and it
works as long as I have localized nib files. However when I change the
Region in the Formats tab (under international fromSystem Preferences)
to US from UK, the £ symbol remains, rather than being replaced by the
$ symbol.
I have a German nib file and it will show the euro symbol (I set it to
do so in the nib). I am unable to create a US localised nib (I only
have optins for english, german, japanese and french, although I have
more regions in the international settings)

Any ideas how I can get the correct currency symbols to show??

thanks

./Sven
