hi steve,

for implementers just cmd-doubleclick the selector to go directly to the header file, it'll open a popup menu if there's more than one definition... however, there's no such thing as senders of a method which is also absolutely usefull, you'll have to go for cmd-shift-f (project wide search) and search for the selector
