Request lower resolution from camera with QTKit

I use QTKit to capture video from my iSight.

But the native resolution of 1280x1024 slows my program down and so I was wondering how I could request a lower resolution from the camera.

My code is pretty much the same as the "Simple QTKit Capture Application".
