In some docs, links are to the copy of the linked doc on the Web. This
should not be the case, because if I happen to be without an Internet
connection at that moment, or if I need a reference to the local copy, I'm
out of luck. For example, at the bottom of the first page of the new Cocoa
Application Tutorial are four links to further reading - and they are all to
developer.com documents, not to the existing files on my hard disk (even
though all those files *do* exist on my hard disk). m.
