You might raise this issue with Developer Technical Support (email@hidden).
Normally DTS charges a fee for debugging things, but if it is proven that the bug is Apple's fault and not your fault, they refund the money. In this case it looks like it's probably an iCal bug so you have a good chance of getting it for free :)

After getting this I am not able to create sync session for our appliction untill I quit the iCal.I have go for "Force Quit" . This is a very bad user experience to Force quit the iCal and restart it before syncing. I am really stuck .Please help if possible.
