Thats rather strange, on my machine it does. I have support for assistive devices turned off, so what might be causing this?

Anyway, I now got Vienna to do exactly what iTunes does, via GetEventMonitorTarget.

Hm. Neither does iPhoto (6.0.5).

I really don't think it's worth it to implement that behaviour.
