Your issue relates to Xcode, not Cocoa, so try the xcode-users list instead:

You're also going to have to give the actual error message you're seeing in your e-mail... whilst it may not seem meaningful to you, it will in fact be telling you exactly what's going wrong, and should give us a hint as to what you need to do to fix it.
