First a question, do you really want an alpha that isn't 1.0 for your
text?
The second thing is that the parameter values are [0.0, 1.0] in range.
If you have an image that has the color you want, you can use the
program DigitalColor Meter to get the exact RGB value you want
(scaled from % to [0.0, 1.0]).
