chaning bundle extenstions

hi there!

Sorry for the really silly question, but I'm totally at a loss!?
My application uses loadable bundles for its plugin API, and I would like to change the extension to something a little more useful...

I've changed the settings in the build config (so the extension isn't bundle) and added the file types to the main applications info.plist but when I browse to them through finder they just look like folders, they're not all bundled together and stuff...?

Any pointers on how to actually get this done???

Cheers
