the bounds aren't observable.
The majority of the AppKit things like this are not observable. If it
is, it is an exception and probably noted as such in the doc.
When observability becomes more widely available expect the doc to
explicitly state which are and are not KVO compliant.

My observer function never get's called when I modify the bounds of
the bezierpath. Could that be because the bounds are not observable?
Or did I do something wrong?
